In 2019, three engineers at a fast-growing startup hit a wall. Their team had outgrown spreadsheets, but every project management tool they tried felt like it was built for a different era.
Too many clicks. Too many features they did not need. Too much friction between having an idea and actually executing on it.
So they built Launchpad - first as an internal tool, then as a product. The goal was simple: create something they actually wanted to use. Something fast, flexible, and focused.
